  I bought my sub and after about three bites some of my topping fell off with those topping was a dead fly. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately called subway. After many minutes waiting for someone to answer I explained what happened she said "sorry about that, it happens sometimes". What the hell! How hard is it to keep the glass closed to make sure flies don't land and die in the toppings? I am pretty sure I won't be going to any subways in the future. She said I could have my money back or a new sub. I'll take my money thanks.

  I continue to be disappointed with my experiences here, and tonight I decided to walkout after waiting in line for 10 minutes, and without even an acknowledgement. Repeatedly at this store, multiple employees "busy themselves" in the back, or back and forth, while one employee handles the whole front by themself. They aren't personable, apologetic, or swift. Wayland has many options 10 minutes away. Which is where I could've been already when I decided to give up here.
